Our Story
Our story is a simple one really; by focussing on attention to detail, being very hands-on and involved at every stage we have grown slowly but steadily and all by recommendations.
We all like the assurance that we are working with suppliers that we have confidence in and that they have done it all before. The first thing that we look for is recommendations from family, friends and people we know and trust. It is the same in our business. We are hugely reliant on our network of suppliers, craftsmen and contractors to complete the work to time and budget. Our business is based on maintaining the best possible standards, attention to detail and knowing that a recommendation is worth a great deal.
We don’t price our time when we are quoting for work we just do what we have to do to get it done right. It is the attention to every detail that ensures that we meet the brief and that we aim to exceed our client’s expectations.
CRAFTMANSHIP AND CARING
We believe that the difference between a good job done and a great job well done, is caring about the work that you do – and we really care. We look after the details, we will recommend the best products, we choose really good suppliers, we work closely with our workshops and we make sure that all of our trades care as much about their work as we do.
One of the best things about building a business based on recommendations is the opportunity to deliver a great project all over again. We love to learn and develop our skills, and although we always do the best that we possibly can, we can always learn more. Our designs are built on tradition and experience; history and past successes; innovation and new ideas to bring that combination of excellence and functionality.
OUR BACKGROUND
We have always worked on high end bespoke projects and focussed our resources on building a business that relies as much on past business as the opportunities of future and new customers. It is a challenging but very satisfying business ethic to maintain. We are only as good as the last job that we completed and if that isn’t good enough we will not get another.
The benefit to our clients of a bespoke product is that it will always fit, it will look as though it was designed to fit and it will last longer and do the job better because it has been made to fit.
We take pride in what we do, we care about the tiniest of details and we complete our work to the highest standards to make sure that we deserve that repeat business reputation. So our story really is a very simple one.
